Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Torrance, CA, responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day logistics and operational activities. This role includes managing shipment schedules, tracking cargo status, updating internal systems, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards. The Operational Specialist will communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve issues, support service delivery, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supporting process improvement initiatives, assisting with operational projects, and collaborating with the sales team to align operational capabilities with customer needs. The position requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Managing overseas shipping processes, arranging and following up on shipments. Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships. Coordinating with various vendors, such as shipping lines and trucking companies. Supporting overall logistics and shipping operations. Managing data entry and handling other documentation tasks efficiently. Qualifications required Preferably 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea Prior experience in a similar bilingual import/export role is a plus Strong customer service skills are required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Must be able to legally work in the Unites States Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods Frequent use of computer and office equipment Pay Range:$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Paid time off • Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. BINEX LINE CORP.
