Overview
Outpatient Physical Therapist - Glenwood Springs, Colorado, United States. Start date 07/28/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,246-$2,323 per week with guaranteed 38 hours per week. Shift: 4x10 hour days on rotating schedule, with Saturdays included. Work setting: hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients in an outpatient setting and develop/implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional goals through therapeutic interventions
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as appropriate; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and discharge instructions
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress; communicate with the care team and contribute to timely progress notes
- Prioritize patient safety and adhere to facility policies, including infection control and documentation standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or Compact for Colorado
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- At least two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient/hospital setting and meet travel requirements
- Radius rule: traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility; Colorado CAPS processing may be required and may take up to two weeks
