Overview
Physical Therapist – Outpatient travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date: 08/11/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,199–$2,362 per week. Guaranteed hours: 38 per week. Shift: 4x10-hour days, rotating weekdays. Setting: hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation. This travel position is a temporary assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop/implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses
- Improve patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional ability
- Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs
- Document patient progress and coordinate with the care team to adjust goals as needed
- Support efforts to shorten patient wait times by contributing to effective scheduling and patient flow

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
- At least two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Ability to work in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Travel eligibility: minimum 75 miles distance from the facility (radius rule)
