Cleanroom Production OperatorKey ResponsibilitiesAssemble simple and complex products according to work instructions and assembly drawings.Operate automated assembly equipment safely and efficiently.Complete production documentation and records accurately.Package and label finished products.Perform inspections and verify product quality using checklists.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cleanroom standards.Use hand and power tools for assembly-related tasks.Follow all quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures.Preferred QualificationsCleanroom experienceManufacturing or production line experienceWiring or soldering experienceKnowledge of quality control proceduresJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
