Sales Representative

Sales & Relationship Management

● Manage a pipeline of qualified leads passed from SDRs and convert them into closed deals.
● Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
● Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize deal value while maintaining strong customer relationships.
● Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Allied USA’s values and professionalism.
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

Collaboration & Growth

● Work closely with the SDR team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and consistent customer messaging.
● Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers after the sale.
● Continuously refine sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and exceed quotas.
● Contribute to a positive, high-energy, team-oriented sales culture.

Qualifications

● 3 years of experience in a closing sales role.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient — you thrive on achieving results.
● Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (training provided).
