Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid – 1-2 days/month in office; additional days as needed) Duration: 2- month contract with possible extension Pay: $21.25–$27.10/hr. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (36.25-hour workweek) The Recruiting Coordinator Specialist supports high-volume Loss Prevention recruiting operations by coordinating candidate activities, managing hiring processes, and serving as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support recruiters throughout the hiring process in a high-volume environment. Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews. Prepare and distribute offer letters. Initiate and track background checks, including employment and education verification. Manage candidate communications via phone, email, and text. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and Excel tracking tools. Partner with HR Compliance, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure accurate onboarding documentation. Track applicant flow and support new hire orientation processes. Manage 100+ candidates weekly during peak hiring periods. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or HR experience preferred.
