OnBase Operations & Knowledge Base Specialist

1ST MidAmerica Credit is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to serve as an individual contributor within Branch Services/Branch Operations. You will support operations systems, maintain the Branch Operations Help Desk, and help develop a centralized knowledge base of procedures and job aids.
