Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Raytheon is looking for a Manager of Supply Chain Management to join the Operations & Supply Chain group for the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit (SBU) – Advanced Integrated Surface Sensos directorate in Tewksbury, MA. This role requires advanced/applied knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process, project management and proposal activities.This position is a hybrid role however it does require up to 30% travel to supplier and customer sites. The hybrid requirement requires 2 days onsite per week in the Tewksbury or Andover locations.What You Will DoDevelop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtain any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs).Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).Generate Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes.Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense.Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
