* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
* Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction and family-centered care **Requirements:*** Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arkansas
* High school diploma or equivalent required
