If these characteristics describe you and you are looking for a change, send us your resume!ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional legal counsel on labor and employment-related matters, which may include, but not limited to, human resources issues, wage and hour law, unemployment and other state agency claims, labor relations, employee benefits, employment agreements, and policy-related issues, employment-related litigation, and grievancesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsIdentifies and assesses legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment area and advises accordinglyNegotiate settlements for legal disputesEducates clients and stakeholders on legal matters, policies, and proceduresPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawQualificationsMust have a minimum of seven (7) years of substantive litigation experienceFamiliarity with various legal documentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDowntown Los Angeles-based multi-specialty law firm serving individuals, businesses, and governmental entities throughout the United States.
