What You'll Do

As a key member of our litigation team, you will:

• Manage a sophisticated caseload of premises liability and motor vehicle matters through all phases of litigation.
• Develop and execute strategic case plans designed to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate filings.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and develop compelling trial themes.
• Lead mediations, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, investigators, and other consultants to build strong cases.
• Evaluate liability, damages, litigation exposure, and settlement opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through clear communication and practical legal guidance.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Contribute to practice growth through relationship building, networking, and business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission and good standing.
• 6+ years of civil litigation experience with substantial experience in premises liability and motor vehicle litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Strong deposition, mediation, and trial preparation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.

Preferred Qualifications

• First-chair or significant second-chair jury trial experience.
• Federal court litigation experience and familiarity with federal procedures.
• Experience working with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, and technical consultants.
• Appellate experience or exposure to appeals.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
• Interest in helping grow a thriving litigation practice.
