Production Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within a CNC machining environment. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, supporting CNC programming and machining processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily CNC machining operations
• Lead and support machinists and operators to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives
• Oversee CNC Lathe manufacturing processes, setups, and troubleshooting
• Support CNC programming using G & M Code and Mastercam
• Address machining and production issues to minimize downtime
• Enforce safety policies and promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment
• Work cross‑functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience programming CNC machines using G & M Code
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
• CNC Lathe production experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of machining and machine shop operations
• Associate’s Degree or higher required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships
