We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Help allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Create client contracts/subcontracts
• Create required subcontractor documents before work begins (COI, Contracts, W9, etc)
• Create and submit change orders
• Review and complete submittals, RFI's, meeting minutes
• File SCR
• Procore Management
• Collaborate with Project Manager to create and execute a schedule

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is required
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, excel, word, adobe) is a plus
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented
