Provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone, email, and in-office Process policy changes, billing questions, and general service requests Assist customers through claims with clarity and care Identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options Support agency sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and proactive outreach Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm procedures Contribute to a positive, energetic, team-focused office environment

Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty; Life & Health a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Customer service experience helpful but not required Compensacin: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
