Dependable, Safety-Minded Hazmat Endorsed Class B DriverWe're looking for a dependable, safety-minded hazmat endorsed Class B Driver to support our healthcare routes in the Richmond, VA area. This role is perfect for a driver who values consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.You'll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top-tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route.Work site: 5768 Charles City Circle, Henrico VA 23231This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!What will your job involve?Driving & Route ResponsibilitiesSafely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containersOperate company vehicles up to 26' box trucksManage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable serviceComplete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issuesConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsMaintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspectionsPhysical & Customer-Facing WorkLoad and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needsBuild positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly serviceWhat are we looking for?Valid Class B license or valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and DOT medical cardExperience operating vehicles up to 26' box trucksFamiliarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspectionsConfidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checksStrong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employersCustomer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitudeCommitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practicesWhy work for us?Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable businessOpportunities for overtimeConsistent work hours – M-F position 1st Shift (5AM to ~5PM)Benefits – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!!Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per weekCompetitive salary – This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $26 contingent on license typeNon-CDL $22Class B $24Class B w/ hazmat endorsement $26SIGN ON BONUS! $3k sign onWe are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and an array of customers within the healthcare industry.
