Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator - Grow With Us

(Admin Assistant / Inside Sales / Customer Service - however you want to call it)

Potential Good fit also: Customer Service & Sales Representative, Sales Support Coordinator, Sales & Customer Experience Lead, Medical Administrative Assistant.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Outreach

• Respond to inquiries across every channel with warmth and professionalism
• Follow up with leads — email and async communication with interested prospects
• Answer questions about our products, specs, pricing, and ordering
• Manage orders in Shopify — process refunds, generate shipping labels
• Schedule meetings and calls with prospects
• Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and video meetings

Relationship Building:

• Build lasting connections with therapists, hospitals, charities, and parent groups
• Check in with customers regularly — gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, build loyalty
• Follow up to understand client needs and collect testimonials or case studies

Must-Haves:

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Must have reliable transportation
• A natural communicator who connects easily with all kinds of people
• Confident presenting - one-on-one or to a group, online or in person
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
• Proactive, independent, and resourceful - you don't wait to be told what's next

Must know for full compensation:

• Comfortable with CRM platforms ( GHL experience is a plus , or need to learn fast)
• Familiar with Shopify
• You use AI daily - it's already part of how your life
