About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Trademark Paralegal to combine hands-on trademark paralegal work with operational oversight. The role involves managing trademark filings, supporting IP portfolios, overseeing daily workflow, and helping ensure high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file USPTO and TTAB trademark documents.
- Review trademark searches, Office Actions, and legal correspondence.
- Support global trademark portfolio management.
- Manage team workflow, inboxes, and task allocation.
- Review work for quality and mentor junior team members.
- 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience.
- Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and trademark law.
- Previous leadership or workflow coordination experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Experience with trademark docketing systems and legal practice management software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
