The second you clock in, you start getting paid — whether you're booked or not. We believe your time has value, which is why our Massage Therapists are paid for all scheduled downtime at an hourly rate significantly above minimum wage.

Compensation & Perks

• Earn $25–$35+ per service
• Average tips of $26–$33 per service — with individual tips reaching $150+

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Availability for mostly weekend hours to start (higher weekend pay)
• Boutique hours:
  • Monday - Friday - 10:00am - 9:00pm 
  • Saturday & Sunday - 9:00am - 9:00pm

Responsibilities 

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• Active Michigan MT license is required. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.  
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
