Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion - Immunology

Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs overseeing US advertising and promotion strategy for immunology products at AbbVie. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional therapeutic teams and execute multidivisional regulatory initiatives with minimal oversight
• Develop and implement advertising and promotion strategy aligned with regulatory guidance and business objectives
• Manage departmental budget, track productivity metrics, and project operational and financial needs
• Oversee day-to-day departmental operations in absence of Director; mentor and evaluate staff performance
• Identify process improvements and trends affecting business; drive innovation and implement complex strategic projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science discipline (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, immunology, or related field); Master's, PhD, or PharmD preferred
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience with Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with PharmD
• Direct responsibility and solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion compliance
• Experience working in complex matrix organizational environments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Management experience preferred
