Innovative Portfolio spans CNS/Mental Health and Immunology therapeutic areas and includes mature and recently launched brands as well as late-stage, pre-launch development assets. Core responsibilities center on partnering cross-functionally to proactively identify key business questions and to develop and execute insights plans to address them. The role leverages a range of appropriate information sources to deliver meaningful, actionable, and integrated insights, with a particular focus on primary market research and competitive intelligence.How You’ll Spend Your DayAll areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments. • Work cross-functionally to identify key business questions within a standard planning cycle and develop insights approaches to address them.• Develop and implement insights plans for different life-cycle phases of a product (pre-launch, launch, mature brands) that address cross-functional business needs.• Work with third party primary market research vendors to conduct necessary studies: from MSA, to RFP, to methodology design, to sample composition, to instrument development, to analysis plans, to reports.• Monitor trends and determine ad hoc analysis that need to be conducted to help continue delivering strong brand performance.• Lead actionable integrated analysis for each stage of business planning – situation analysis for tactical planning, landscape understanding for strategic planning, pricing and GTN competitive analysis for financial planning, etc. • Manage product-specific competitive intelligence as aligned to Teva’s CI framework.• Provide key inputs for forecasting assumptions.• Proactively reach out to cross-functional teams, such as secondary analytics, HEOR, market access analytics, Specialty Pharmacy analytics, and others to triangulate and integrated different sources of information for efficient and robust insights generation. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver succinct and actionable insights summaries across multiple sources of information to drive business decisions.• Lead processes to explore new approaches and new vendor partnerships for more efficient and innovative solutions. • Partner cross-functionally to provide key inputs into resource optimization analysis to represent trends/preferences/priorities for each customer segment.• Participate as appropriate in BD assessments.• Present integrated insights to different levels of the organization in a clear way that leads to productive discussions and successful decision making.• Represent customer voice for all segments – patients, caregivers, HCPs, Specialty Pharmacy, Payers, etc.Your Skills and ExperienceAny equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Education/Certification/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, analytics, economics, or related field. • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience. • Experience designing and executing impactful market research projects, leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.• Understanding of consumer, HCP, payer market research and measurement of all customer promotional investments.• Proven ability to integrate multiple data sources (including secondary data) and generate actionable insights enabling effective decision-making.• Experience successfully working with complex cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to drive innovation and help deliver on strong performance goals.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Leadership Behaviors:• Enterprise mindset focused on overall commercial success• Collaborative and agile philosophy focused on problem solving and innovation • Leads in an ethical, responsible, and transparent way• Fosters communication and alignment with key stakeholders• Operates with a sense of urgency and is accountable to people and business • Supports a caring and high-performing culture Key Capabilities:• Possesses strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and expectations across stakeholder groups• Industry knowledge, understanding of regulatory environment, and good grasp of access dynamics• Demonstrated ability to process complex information and summarize it in writing and / or verbally; employs active listening skills • Demonstrated excellent storytelling skills to various levels of managementTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSApproximately 10-15% travel throughout the US, which may include weekend and overnight and periodic international travel.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Use a computer (including participating in face-to-face video calls/meetings camera)• Sit or stand for extended periods of time• Travel as required, which may include travel by car, train, or plane• Occasional bending and/or twistingSalary RangeThe annual starting salary for this position is between $148,800 – $186,000 annually.
