Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting data center construction projects across the Phoenix region. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , excellent communication abilities , and the ability to work independently , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 5

Location: Phoenix/Goodyear, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Range: $86.02 - $92.64/hour

?? What's the Job?

• Oversee and coordinate onsite construction activities for data center projects, ensuring progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.

• Identify, mitigate, and resolve construction, production, and operational issues while collaborating with technical and administrative teams.

• Monitor project performance, quality control measures, and production tracking systems to ensure successful project delivery.

• Review construction plans, blueprints, and designs, identifying potential flaws and recommending solutions.

• Manage project-related procurement activities, including purchase orders, while maintaining project documentation and reports.

? What's Needed?

• 10+ years of construction management or construction supervision experience in Data centers.

• Previous experience working onsite in construction environments

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, production operations, and technical drawings/blueprints.

• Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
