About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the transformation of strategic priorities into impactful marketing actions and measurable business results. The CMO will be responsible for directing the marketing and public relations functions, leading product marketing, integrated campaigns, and personalized member engagement. This hands-on executive will ensure the brand, products, and services are brought to market with creativity, relevance, and speed. Essential functions include marketing strategy and planning, product marketing, market expansion, team leadership, and cross-functional integration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing and brand leadership experience, with a strong background in consumer products and financial services, particularly in retail banking and consumer financial services. The successful CMO will be a key partner to the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, using data and member insights to develop coordinated marketing strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and relationship growth. Experience in digital financial services and a deep understanding of brand, marketing, and growth strategies are essential. The role also involves managing the company's brand, public relations, and digital financial wellness program. The CMO must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to anticipate opportunities and demonstrate a return on investment. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred, along with relevant marketing and digital certifications. The candidate should possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
