Account Coordinator

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who keeps agency work organized, on schedule and moving forward. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day coordination that holds client projects together — managing timelines, routing work through the agency, keeping status reports current and making sure the right details land in the right place at the right time. It’s a great fit for someone who’s organized, proactive and ready to be the dependable center of gravity for a busy account team.

A Day In The Life: Account Coordinator

No two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of what makes agency life exciting.

On any given day, you might start by reviewing project priorities, timelines and next steps with your account team. From there, you could be routing work through the agency, keeping status reports current, coordinating a project meeting or stepping in early when a deadline looks like it might slip — making sure every project has what it needs to keep moving.

You’ll work side by side with account leads, project teams and internal departments — the person everyone counts on to know where a project stands and what happens next. When timelines, budgets, scopes and proposals come together, you’re the one making sure the details hold up and everyone stays aligned.

This is a great role for someone who takes ownership, anticipates what’s coming and keeps client work on track without being asked twice.

You’re organized, detail-oriented and genuinely good at keeping work moving. You’ve spent time in a fast-paced environment and know how to juggle competing priorities without letting the details slip.

You’re a strong communicator who takes ownership, asks the right questions and stays a step ahead of what a project needs. When things shift — and they will — you stay calm, reset the plan and keep everyone aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple accounts, keeping timelines, tasks and deadlines on track.
• Support account leads with the operational details that keep client work — and client relationships — running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate timelines, scopes, budgets, and status reports so teams stay aligned and informed.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, capture next steps and follow through to completion.
• Traffic and route work through the agency, keeping projects moving smoothly between internal teams.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and flag risks early, helping teams solve problems before they become issues.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to gather information, clarify direction and keep work aligned.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while staying organized and detail-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, advertising, marketing, business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, project management, traffic or a related agency or marketing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once with accuracy and follow-through.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of how agencies, advertising, and marketing projects come together.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset — you spot problems early and act on them.
• Comfortable owning process, adapting quickly and staying flexible in a deadline-driven environment.
• Confident using project management, trafficking or status-tracking tools.
