Role Description The Business Development Representative is an entry-to-intermediate level sales role focused on creating new relationships and uncovering opportunities for Truwear. Depending on location, this position may remote, hybrid, or on-site at our Lehi, Utah office . You\'ll spend your time connecting with businesses and organizations, identifying the right decision-makers, starting conversations, learning about their apparel and merchandise needs, and helping turn those conversations into opportunities for our sales team. You\'ll gain hands-on experience with prospecting, relationship building, discovery, CRM and sales technology, pipeline development, and B2B sales strategy while receiving coaching and opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you grow. Successful team members can develop into larger business development, account management, sales, and leadership opportunities as TruWear continues to scale. What You\'ll Do Find and connect with new businesses, organizations, and potential partners. Reach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and events. Build genuine relationships with decision-makers and learn about their apparel, uniform, merchandise, and branding needs. Identify qualified sales opportunities and coordinate introductions to Account Managers. Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects and opportunities. Use CRM and prospecting tools to stay organized and consistently follow up. Research new industries, markets, and creative ways to generate business. Collaborate with Account Managers, marketing, design, and leadership. Learn TruWear\'s products, capabilities, and sales process so you can confidently represent the company. Track activity and results while continuously improving your sales skills. Who We\'re Looking For You don't need years of sales experience to be successful here. We\'re looking for someone with the right mindset who wants to learn, compete, and grow. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative. Coachable and willing to learn new sales skills and strategies. Comfortable starting conversations with new people. Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups. Resilient and willing to keep going when a prospect says no. Interested in sales, business development, relationship building, or entrepreneurship. Comfortable learning CRM, prospecting, and sales technology. Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business experience is helpful but not required .
