Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RN license, current and in good standing
• At least one year of recent Telemetry unit experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document patients' cardiac rhythms, reporting changes promptly
• Administer medications and interventions per individualized care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exemplary patient care
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions and treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies
