Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Key Responsibilities Manage and organize office operations and procedures Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner Order and maintain office supplies inventory Coordinate office maintenance and repair as necessary Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus Preferred Skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Experience with scheduling software and database management Problem-solving skills and attention to detail About Our Agency I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.
