Time Commitment: 1-2 hours/month (based on project)

Turn your Ohio Real Estate Broker License into passive monthly income.

Not using your license right now? Broker Solutions is seeking a licensed Ohio Real Estate Broker to serve as Broker of Record for an established, growing real estate company. We handle all day-to-day operations. You just provide the license and light oversight.

What You'll Actually Do (1-2 hours/month):

Keep your Ohio Broker License active and in good standing
Review and sign off monthly on Trust Account reconciliations (we prepare)
Be reasonably available for occasional questions or required signatures
Ensure brokerage licensing info stays current

That's it. No day-to-day management, no sales targets, no staffing headaches. We run the business; you provide the credential and oversight.

You're a Great Fit If You:

Hold an Active Ohio Real Estate Broker License
Are organized, responsive, and dependable
Understand basic brokerage compliance and Trust Account requirements
Want a long-term, low-maintenance income stream
