Position: Professional Domain Expert (Real Estate and Leasing) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $25–$35 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week Role Responsibilities Write realistic prompts reflecting real estate and leasing scenarios Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, compliance, and practical usefulness Identify fabricated claims, incorrect references, or misleading reasoning Assess responses against real-world real estate practices and regulatory frameworks Score and rank model outputs using structured evaluation rubrics Provide clear, evidence-based written justifications for evaluations Requirements Professional experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or related fields Familiarity with real estate regulations, contracts, and industry practices Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills High attention to detail and ability to evaluate nuanced scenarios #J-18808-Ljbffr
