Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, providing knowledgeable and responsive service.
• Conduct property tours, prepare comparative market analyses, and advise clients on pricing and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing, and lead follow-up.
• Create and execute effective property marketing strategies, including online listings, social media, open houses, and promotional materials.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction terms while advocating for clients' interests and maintaining professionalism.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records, transaction documentation, and timely communication in accordance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Texas, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong knowledge of the Richardson and surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth real estate markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple transactions and priorities
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Strong prospecting, networking, and lead-generation abilities
• Proficiency with technology, customer relationship management systems, and standard office software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Brian Weast Group team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the service area
• Previous sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred but not required
