Remote Real Estate Accounting Associate (US Property Management)

We are New Jersey-based real estate operations and accounting company supporting property management companies across the United States. We provide end-to-end accounting and back-office operations for residential, multifamily, HOA, mixed-use, commercial, and real estate investment portfolios. Our team works daily with platforms including AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager, DoorLoop, CINC Systems, QuickBooks, Zoho, and AI-powered workflow tools. We're looking for a motivated Accounting Associate who enjoys technology, learns quickly, and wants to build a long-term career in U.S. real estate accounting. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a solid accounting foundation, approximately 0-2 years of accounting experience , who is: Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software Detail-oriented and organized A strong communicator with good written and spoken English Curious, coachable, and eager to learn Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients during U.S. business hours Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not mandatory . We'll train the right candidate.
