Schedule

• Full-time position
• Primarily first-shift hours, Monday–Saturday
• Occasional after-hours phone availability to support the team and handle urgent issues

Impact Enclosures is looking for an exceptional leader to build, coach, and inspire our Customer Service & Lead Generation team.

This isn't just another management position. You'll lead the department responsible for creating the first impression of our company, keeping our sales team's calendars full, and helping drive the continued growth of one of Northeast Florida's premier outdoor living companies.

What You'll Do

As the leader of our Customer Service & Lead Generation Department, you'll:

• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and performance coaching.
• Improve appointment-setting performance and lead conversion.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure scripts, systems, and processes are consistently followed.
• Create a culture focused on customer experience, accountability, and results.
• Partner with leadership to help scale one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or a call center environment.
• Proven success coaching individuals to achieve measurable goals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable managing performance metrics and accountability.
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
