Schedule Day and Night rotating shifts: 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:30 / 19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) with NICU experience to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric care and be able to manage a diverse range of patient conditions. This position requires flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our young patients. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients for changes in condition and report to the healthcare team. Provide education to patients and families regarding care plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, specifically in NICU or similar environments. Current and active RN license in Maryland or compact state. BLS certification required. CPI certification preferred.
