Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on Machine Operators. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with multiple shift options available.

Position: Machine Operator

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM -2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekend Day Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
• Weekend Night Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)

Training: Training will be completed on 1st or 2nd shift prior to moving to assigned shift

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour (depending on shift and experience)
Location: Nashua, NH

Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support production operations. This role involves operating specialized equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production runs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Load materials and ensure proper machine setup and alignment
• Perform in-process inspections to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and job specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Work closely with quality and production teams to ensure consistency
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
