We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to lead and inspire our front-of-house team while delivering exceptional hospitality and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. Drive Results: Partner with your Regional Operations Partner in KPI-focused meetings. Own people, operations, and P&L performance through sales building, labor management, inventory control, and cash-security procedures. Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure “Every Guest Leaves Happy” by executing OAC, ROR, line checks, temp logs, and offering add-ons/upgrades to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue. Ensure every dish is a work of art- on time, at perfect temperature, and impeccably presented. Spotless Experience Maintain a near-pristine dining environment throughout every shift. Execute promotions and LTOs, control waste, manage labor to target, and drive add-on sales. Operational Excellence Complete pre-close, side work, and closing duties accurately and safely. Verify closing checklists. Team Development & Accountability Provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and coach team members to higher performance, recruiting and training new hires alongside your ROP.
