Job Description

This role is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision. Regularly conducts quality checks to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards, operating machines safely and following prescribed procedures while monitoring output quality, maintains accurate production records, and utilizes basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Your role:

• Implements quality checks based on provided instructions and specifications defined by the company, to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards.

• Operates a set of machines and production equipment, ensuring safety and following prescribed procedures and guidelines.

• Monitors output quality to identify and address any faulty products, including discarding or remanufacturing as necessary.

• Documents and records of daily production activities to facilitate performance analysis and reporting.

• Utilizes basic computer skills to navigate applications, access digital work instructions, and document test and work records.

• Demonstrates understanding and adherence to established personal safety, security, and environmental practices to maintain a secure work environment.

• Fosters positive working relationships with supervisors and colleagues, seeking feedback and adapting working methods for continuous improvement.

• Follows standard procedures and guidelines, promptly recognizing and communicating any issues or abnormalities to appropriate personnel while prioritizing workplace health and safety.

You're the right fit if:

• No prior experience required. Experience in a highly regulated industry, including experience using a Microscope is preferred.

• Your skills include Reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.

• You have a HS diploma or equivalent.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an on-site role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $15.00 to $23.00, plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO.
