Per Diem Pharmacist - Sunray, Texas

Location:

• Sunray, TX

Schedule:

• Monday thru Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
• No weekend hours
• 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions, managing approximately 120-130 scripts per day
• Provide clear and compassionate patient counseling tailored to primarily patients over 50 years old
• Supervise and support two experienced pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth pharmacy operations
• Utilize the Liberty pharmacy system to document and process prescriptions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted Texas pharmacist license
• Prior experience in community health or retail pharmacy is preferred
• Strong skills in prescription verification and patient interaction
• Ability to effectively lead technician staff

Additional Details:

• Assignment term: July 15th through July 31st
• Housing available on-site in a furnished trailer or assistance with accommodation booking, based on candidate preference
