Location: Cactus, TX
Schedule:

• 1st Shift
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions efficiently and accurately
• Provide thorough patient counseling, particularly with patients over 50 years old
• Supervise and manage pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate within a small pharmacy team processing approximately 120-130 prescriptions per day

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in Texas
• Community health or retail pharmacy experience preferred, with sensitivity to the needs of an older patient demographic
• Strong communication skills for patient education and team management

Work Environment and Housing:

• Small rural community pharmacy utilizing Liberty pharmacy systems
• Two experienced and supportive pharmacy technicians on staff
• Furnished on-site housing available in a trailer or assistance with booking alternative accommodations based on your preferences
