Our client in the retail and consumer goods industry is seeking two organized, detail-oriented Sample Coordinators to support the daily operations of a creative studio and visual merchandising team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping fast-moving environments organized, managing product samples, and contributing to polished studio workflows.

What You'll Do

• Manage, organize, and maintain seasonal product samples for creative studio and visual merchandising use.
• Receive and check in incoming samples, maintain accurate tracking records, and communicate delays or issues to relevant teams.
• Assemble and maintain sample racks, closets, and storage areas to keep materials accessible and organized.
• Support studio set preparation, cleanliness, and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Assist with seasonal projects, including coordinating sample donations with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while supporting team goals.
• Assist with photographing studio samples and maintaining related documentation.


What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, studio support, sample management, or a related environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a high level of accountability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and email, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfort multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and inventory details.
