Job Details Specialty: Medical-Surgical Telemetry Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Tele Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment Setting: On-site hospital acute care unit Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44195 Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370 Start Date: 9/25/2026 Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Rotating days and nights, 12-hour shifts Shifts Per Week: 3 Orientation: 16 hours Holiday Requirement: Must work at least every other holiday Float Requirement: May float to similar patient care units as needed Job Requirements Minimum 18 months of combined recent experience in the specialty Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience; travel RN experience is accepted Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS , ACLS , and NIHSS certifications One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and SafeMedicate during orientation Must be able to meet all compliance and onboarding requirements prior to start COVID-19 and flu vaccine required, with medical or religious exemptions only Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients in an acute care hospital setting Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess changes in patient condition, and communicate concerns promptly Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards Adapt to rotating day and night scheduling while maintaining excellent patient care Support care delivery for patients who may require floating within similar units Maintain compliance with all unit, facility, and travel assignment expectations Apply now for this Cleveland, OH travel nursing opportunity and take the next step in your telemetry RN career today.
