OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Operations Supervisor Summary : The Operations Supervisor will oversee general concessions operations, or may be assigned to a dedicated area, such as premium / catering, merchandise, or warehouse functions. ALL CANDIDATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK THE CURRENT SEASON SCHEDULE AT PRIOR TO APPLYING. Shows are still being added for the 2026 season. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. May be assigned to a dedicated area throughout the season, such as premium/catering, merchandise, warehouse, or other key area. Demonstrate reliable and timely attendance. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Obtains / maintains all company required training and certifications, such as ServSafe Alcohol, Fork Lift training, and other programs required of the area of focus.
