For more information, visit Summary The Operations Supervisor will oversee general concessions operations, or may be assigned to a dedicated area, such as premium / catering, merchandise, or warehouse functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. May be assigned to a dedicated area throughout the season, such as premium/catering, merchandise, warehouse, or other key area. Demonstrate reliable and timely attendance. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Obtains / maintains all company required training and certifications, such as ServSafe Alcohol, Fork Lift training, and other programs required of the area of focus. Performs other duties as assigned. Be Nice. Qualifications Ability to oversee operations across concessions, premium/catering, merchandise, and warehouse areas as assigned. Commitment to reliable attendance and guest service excellence. Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Completion of required trainings and certifications (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol, Fork Lift) or as applicable to the area of focus.
