Who I'm looking for

• You've cold called before and you're good at it. B2B, high-ticket, owner-level — you've talked to busy people who didn't want to talk to you and gotten them to say yes
• You're comfortable leading with a big number and handling "sounds too good to be true"
• You can make 80–150 dials a day on your own schedule and your own dialer
• Self-managed. I'll give you the script, the pitch, and the leads — I'm not going to babysit
• Bonus if you've sold to contractors, home services, or small business owners

Montlake Licensing helps business owners get paid for data they already have. Service companies (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, MSPs, etc.) sit on years of operational records — job history, tickets, dispatch logs — and AI labs will pay six figures to license it. We handle the entire deal: buyers, contracts, negotiation. The owner just says yes.

Our first client was offered close to $1M for their data. We take a cut of every deal, and we're building a team of cold callers to find the next hundred owners.

The job:

Call business owners. Get them on a meeting with me. That's it.

• Dial trades and IT service company owners from lists we give you (or ones you build)
• Open with a real number — "your data might be worth $500K+" gets attention fast
• Qualify: do they have their records in software, roughly how big are they
• Book a direct meeting with me. No soft handoffs, no "I'll have someone reach out"

How you get paid:

100% commission, 1099. You earn a percentage of what Montlake makes on every deal you sourced. Deals run $250K–$1M+ to the owner, which means one booked meeting that closes can pay you $10K–$15K or more. xhyhwjd There's no cap and no quota — book meetings that close and you get paid, every time.
