FP&A Manager

A fast-growing beauty and personal care company is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its lean Finance and Accounting team. This person will lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis across a multi-channel business spanning direct-to-consumer, marketplace, wholesale, and major national retail partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with business leaders, turning financial data into clear insights, and improving planning processes within a fast-paced, investor-backed environment. What You Will Do Manage the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes. Prepare monthly reporting and analyze performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods. Develop revenue, gross margin, and profitability analysis by channel, customer, and product. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain on forecasts, investments, and business decisions. Support inventory planning, working capital analysis, and cash flow forecasting. Manage operating expense and headcount planning across the organization. Build financial models and business cases for new products, customers, and strategic initiatives. Develop dashboards and KPIs that provide clear visibility into business performance. Improve financial models, reporting processes, and the use of data from NetSuite and other systems. Support investor, board, and leadership reporting as required. Assist with other financial analysis and strategic projects as business needs evolve. What You Bring Five to seven years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience. Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting capabilities. Experience within beauty, personal care, CPG, retail, e-commerce, or another consumer products business. Experience supporting a multi-channel business with retail and direct-to-consumer operations. Previous experience in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed or venture-backed environment. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, planning platforms, and business intelligence tools. Strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
