Position Summary: The Assembly Tech is responsible for receiving, preparing and assembling FRP panels for delivery to customers. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, transport and unpack delivered FRP panels for assembly Unpack, stage and prep parts for assembly Assemble FRP parts in a timely manner producing a quality product Meets scheduled deadlines set out daily by management within reason Adheres to the safety rules of JUPITER BACH Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Required: HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, and successful completion of a forklift training program Ability to identify parts needed per sales orders Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills & Mathematical skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Knowledgeable in JUPITER BACH/OSHA Safety Requirements Physical Requirements: Qualified applicants must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds 4+ hours per shift Must be able to use power and hand tools in a safe manner 4+ hours per shift Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shift Must be able to bend and crawl for 4+ hours per shift Much be able to crouch, kneel and stoop for 4+ hours per shift Must be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shift Must be able to sit, stand and walk for 6+ hours per shift Must be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 6+ hours per shift Must be able to operate foot pedals for 4+ hours per shift Must be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken words, and distinguish objects and equipment visually #J-18808-Ljbffr Jupiter Bach
