A Day in the Life

Your day may include assembling battery packs, operating testing equipment, reading build documentation, preparing materials, and ensuring every battery meets quality and performance standards. You'll work closely with team members to follow production processes, maintain an organized workspace, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do

• Read and accurately follow build documentation and assembly instructions for various battery pack configurations
• Assemble battery packs according to established quality and safety standards
• Perform welding and soldering operations
• Apply heat shrink materials and prepare battery pack components
• Cut foam and heat shrink materials according to specified part numbers and work instructions
• Operate battery testing equipment and perform testing procedures based on battery configuration requirements
• Maintain awareness of material, component, and equipment locations to support efficient production flow
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues
• Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the assembly process
