Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional temporary receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage general front-office responsibilities while assisting with the daily flow of office operations.

This is a temporary position with flexible hours, expected to last through February. It may be a great fit for someone who is looking to earn extra money while balancing school, another job, or other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, and accurately relay messages.
• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
• Utilize company-provided resources and procedures to identify, organize, and properly distribute incoming packages and deliveries to the appropriate shop personnel or departments.
• Greet visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Notify the appropriate employees when guests arrive for scheduled meetings and ensure they are directed accordingly.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable reception area.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, shop personnel, vendors, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use company-provided systems and resources.
• Ability to work independently while following established company procedures.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
