Lead Business Analyst

Business AnalystOur client is seeking a Business Analyst to support high-impact digital initiatives focused on customer growth, digital experiences, and new product enhancements. You'll partner with Product, Digital, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business needs into user stories, manage Agile delivery, analyze performance metrics, and support leadership reporting.ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and translate stakeholder meetings into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.Manage JIRA backlogs and maintain project documentation in Confluence.Support Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.Analyze digital performance using Tableau and develop dashboards to measure KPIs, CSAT, adoption, and engagement.Required Qualifications2–4+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated industry.Experience supporting customer-facing digital or mobile products.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.Ability to independently create user stories, manage backlogs, and support end-to-end Agile delivery.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
