Surgeon in house On call when not in house for specialties. Anesthesia and trauma in Main OR 24/7
EMR EPIC
Shifts & Scheduling 4/10s, (630a-5p with flex to 830a-7p), minimal call, float to Main OR
Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? 2-3 calls in a 6-week schedule
What is call response time? 20 minutes for trauma; 30 minutes for non-trauma
Floating Requirements Yes. OR-OR. Could have to float to Same Day Surgery OR or Main OR
Scrub Color/Dress Code provided
Unit/Department specific orientation Approx 2 weeks. Includes EPIC course/test out, modules and department specific orientation. VivPost
