In addition to your projects, you will be given the opportunity to participate in our robust Intern program focused on Badger Meter Culture, professional development, community outreach, and a final capstone project.Badger Meter is hiring a Business Analyst and Self-Service Adoption Intern to support our Customer Care and Support team. This will be an onsite internship at our Milwaukee Headquarters next summer (40 hours a week).What You Will Gain:Develop analytical skills while using data to drive portal enhancements and user adoptionGain experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to improve portal functionalityEssential Job Duties:Support cycle time reduction and process improvement initiativesAnalyze data to identify efficiency and workflow improvement opportunitiesDrive MBE/PC portal adoption through analytics and user-focused enhancementsGather and evaluate user feedback to improve portal functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projectsTrack and report key performance metrics related to process efficiency and portal usageQualifications:Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldInterest in analytics, AI, process improvement, and user experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and toolsFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization principles preferredThis internship provides meaningful, project-based work with defined deliverables, hands-on learning opportunities, and ongoing coaching and mentorship.
