As a Maintenance Tech Scholar at Sealed Air, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced machinery and equipment. Shift: Morning

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Document maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment manuals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge in mechatronics.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Mechatronics program or similar technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Previous experience or coursework in maintenance or related field is a plus.
